Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

Cancellations

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. You can request a cancellation in 24 hours.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your product, or no longer want it, you can return it to us as long as:

• the item is returned within 14 days of receipt
• the item is unopened, in original packaging and in a resaleable condition

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Refunds

Upon receipt of your return or cancellation, your credit will be refunded within 10 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method your order.

Personalised items are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
